About the event
Join local artists Jeremy Vickery and Cameron McCool for a two-day immersive art workshop as they share what they’ve learned through their artistic careers and processes. Through in-depth demonstration and interactive exercises, you’ll dive into the world of Gesture, the Figure, Narrative, and Light - taking away plenty of new ideas, points of access and growth for your own artwork in any medium.
Discover how to channel even more emotion, imagination, and depth into your work, overcome creative pitfalls, and uncover more of yourself in your artistic journey.
December 6th will feature art presentations and demonstration, covering a wide variety of topics.
(Bring a sketchbook to draw along & take notes)
December 13th will continue with hands-on, live drawing / painting session & live feedback.
(Bring a large sketchbook/ipad/medium of choice)
Jeremy brings 27 years of entertainment industry experience, having worked on iconic projects such as The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille, Wall-E, Inside Out, Westworld, Fallout, and many more. (www.youtube.com/@LightingMentor)
